Akay began his career on the biggest stages of the 2000s. As part of the platinum-awarded boyband Overground, he sold over 2 million records — the foundation for a network that still carries him globally today.

With Soulsuga, he created an international HipHop and R’n’B movement, with more than 1,100 events from Hollywood to Dubai — a cultural meeting point for artists, entrepreneurs and creators from around the world.

Over the course of two decades, Akay built one of the strongest organically grown networks in Europe. As the founder of the former Suga Agency, he worked with icons such as Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Kevin Hart, Ice Cube and Floyd Mayweather.

Today, with Suga Global, he realizes a new and significantly larger vision that connects brands, culture and international decision-makers on a completely new level. Companies like Sony, Universal, Warner, Nike, McDonald’s and EA Sports rely on his ability to bring people, brands and momentum together.

Starting in 2026, Suga Global will expand worldwide and become a platform for international collaborations and high-caliber deals.

In 2021, he opened his knowledge to others. With Passion Way and The Power of Network, he supports entrepreneurs in gaining access to strong relationships, identifying opportunities and closing deals at eye level.
