Akay started his journey on the big stages of the early 2000s. As part of the Platinum-winning boyband Overground, he sold over 2 million records — but instead of fading when the spotlight moved on, he built a global network that would shape the next decades of his career.
He created Soulsuga, a HipHop & R’n’B movement with more than 1,100 events worldwide — from Hollywood to Dubai to Croatia. Soulsuga became a cultural hotspot where top artists, creators and industry leaders came together.
Over the years, Akay developed one of the strongest organic networks in Europe. Through his Suga Agency, he worked with icons like Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Kevin Hart, Ice Cube, Ne-Yo, Floyd Mayweather, and advised brands such as Sony, Universal, Warner, Nike, McDonald’s and EA Sports.
In 2021, he decided to open his knowledge and connections to others. With Passion Way and The Power of Network, he now helps entrepreneurs build high-level relationships, create opportunities and access top-tier contacts — backed by his network of more than 15,000 decision-makers, creators and global players.
As a speaker, Akay shares stages with names like Gary Vee, inspiring audiences with his message of passion, energy and the power of connection.
